1. Nature of Service
LUMORE provides online educational content and structured digital programs. All content is delivered electronically.

2. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through the platform are owned by LUMORE and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

LUMORE Holdings L.L.C-FZ (hereinafter, the "Company") establishes the following privacy policy, builds a system for the protection of personal information, and promotes the protection of personal information by ensuring that all members recognize the importance of and thoroughly implement measures for protecting personal information.

The Company will keep customers' personal information accurate and up to date, and will implement necessary measures such as maintaining security systems, establishing a management framework, and educating staff to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
